Text Box: Services Text Box: Rob provides a full range of architectural design services culminating in the production of high quality documentation. Initially Rob will meet with you, usually at your site and discuss your project and requirements. He will show you examples of project documentation, plans and specifications. The design procedure will be outlined. Fee structure will also be covered at this meeting. This initial meeting is obligation free and incurs no charges. Following agreement on the conditions of engagement, a site meeting and discussion of the customer’s brief is normally carried out at this time. A preliminary sketch is then prepared for your perusal. Sketches can be emailed and/or posted to you for your perusal and approval. Following on this sketch is then developed, normally with further sketches and extensive discussions, into the working drawings and specifications. Computer models of your project can also be prepared which can be downloaded to your own computer. All sketches and plans are prepared on computers using Datacad and Sketchup software. Rob can give assistance in obtaining tenders and applying for building consents. Consultations can also be arranged during the construction phase of your project should they be required.
